  • The wedding ceremony and reception will take place on July 22, 2023 from 3:30pm to 10:30pm.

We’ll be spending the weekend at Straus Home Ranch in Marshall, CA. It’s about 1½ hours north of San Francisco and right across Tomales Bay from the Point Reyes trail where we got engaged <3

There is no cellphone service in the area and GPS often gives “scenic” (aka longer) routes. Please print out directions here if you’re planning to drive. Don't worry, there’s Wi-Fi at the venue!

  • The Welcome Dinner will take place in the evening on July 21, 2023, from 6pm-10pm.

The Welcome Dinner will also be held at Straus Home Ranch, on the lawn in front of the venue’s farmhouse. We will have outdoor heaters on hand should the temperatures drop.

  • Yes, we’ve reserved blocks at two hotels in Petaluma. For block rate booking links and more info, please visit our Accommodations page.

There are other hotel and rental options in the surrounding area, but please note that ride share services like Uber and Lyft will not be a reliable transportation option, and parking at our venue is extremely limited.

Please reach out to us if you have any questions on where to stay, and we will do our best to guide you.

  • We have arranged complimentary round trip shuttle service for the weekend from Hotel Petaluma and Hampton Inn Petaluma to the Welcome Dinner on Friday and the Wedding Ceremony and Reception on Saturday.

Please find the Shuttle Schedule, here.

  • The Bay Area in July can be a little unpredictable. Guests traveling in, especially from the East Coast, may find the daytime to be warm/mild and the evenings to be slightly windy/chilly. Please plan your attire accordingly (layers recommended). We also recommend having sunscreen on hand just in case.

  • Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the venue’s hilltop overlooking Tomales Bay. Reception and dancing will take place indoors at the venue’s red barn just a short walk down the hill.

  • Welcome Dinner: Casual attire. Pizza, drinks, and maybe some karaoke ;)

Wedding Ceremony and Reception: Festive and formal (black-tie not required). We want you to feel comfortable, and have fun with it. The ground could be soft so you may want to avoid stilettos.

  • While having you at our wedding is all that we wish for, contributions towards our future together will be greatly appreciated. Registry is linked here.

  • You may RSVP via our Zola website. We’ll share an email reminder to our guests as well.

  • If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, please bring only yourself.
